Day 14 - Stretch and Jog

Stretch X
Weight Loss Stats:
Weight 296.2 lbs - Loss 5.4 - %Loss 1.8%

Again weight has not budged. Had a nice jog on the beach and a good stretch workout. Experienced lower back pain on my right side possibly aggravated by lifting stones yesterday.

Dude, I've been reading your blog, and I have to say you got plenty of determination, it really seems like you are going to make it this time, just make sure you don't stop.
Could it be that you are gaining muscle mass and that is why the weight isn't going down?
Anyway, just one piece of advice that has worked for me: don't work out without your iPod haha, I've got a playlist called "gym" in which I've got Rage Against the Machine, some drum n bass, Deftones, some punk rock, The Prodigy, Crystal Method, and even the Rocky Theme hahah.
Good luck, don't quit, cause I hope some day we'll see you on Bodybuilding.com's transformations section (MAJOR source of inspiration for me).

Thanks for the encouragement, Christophe! I am completely committed to achieving my goals!

Yeah, I thought the weight thing might be due to muscle mass gains, but I think someone as big as myself should still see a net loss of weight (I should burn fat faster than I put muscle), but I'm not sure. I did manage to lose a pound today!

I love the iPod recommendation. The playlist looks pretty good too!

Yeah, I love BB.com's transformations. I always go there to boost my motivation when I'm feeling down. I hope to be there myself soon!
